Shelby comes to work with EYC Monday to Friday, bringing warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for supporting others. With 8–9 years of experience in the disability sector, she has worked across a variety of roles from direct support to broader service delivery, and is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of participants and their families.

Shelby is a strong communicator who loves a good chat and enjoys building meaningful connections with those around her. Outside of work, she spends her time reading, gardening, and enjoying the company of her family and her dog, Cora. Her friendly nature and approachable style make her a valued part of the EYC team.
