Raelene Whitfield
Raelene works at EYC Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm. With a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to participant outcomes, Raelene enjoys supporting individuals to access the funding and services they need to live their best lives. While the evolving NDIS landscape can present challenges, she focuses on the positive—ensuring participants feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their journey.
Raelene brings a dedicated, practical, and compassionate approach to her role. She values building strong, trusting relationships with participants and their support networks, and takes pride in delivering person-centred support tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
Outside of work, Raelene is passionate about long-distance Endurance Riding and spends much of her time training and competing with her horse. She also enjoys expressing her creativity through oil pastel art and macrame, often creating unique pieces on serving boards.
