Leah comes to work at EYC Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm. With a passion for person-centred support, Leah enjoys helping participants take meaningful control over their lives and develop pathways that reflect their values, strengths, and personal goals. She brings a calm, focused, and practical approach to her work, ensuring each participant feels supported and confident navigating the complexities of the NDIS.
Leah believes in empowering people to make their own decisions while offering steady guidance and dependable support. She thrives on building long-term, trusting relationships with participants and their support networks, always aiming to make a real difference in their everyday lives.
As a valued member of the EYC team, Leah is proud to work alongside colleagues who share her values of compassion, integrity, and commitment to participant outcomes. When she’s not assisting participants with their NDIS plans, Leah enjoys reading, relaxing with her family, and spending time in her local community.
