Kim comes to work at EYC Monday to Friday and brings over 14 years of valuable experience within the disability sector. Throughout her career, Kim has remained passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge, support, and confidence to make informed choices and take control of their NDIS journey. Her goal is always to promote independence and help participants achieve meaningful and positive outcomes tailored to their unique goals and needs.

Kim enjoys building strong, respectful relationships with participants and their support networks, and she takes great pride in creating an environment where people feel supported, heard, and understood.

When she’s not busy supporting her participants, Kim loves spending time with her family, heading off on camping trips, and relaxing in the garden.
