Jessica Martin
Jessica works at EYC Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. She brings a warm, empathetic, and person-centred approach to Support Coordination, focusing on helping participants with their everyday needs and building their confidence to achieve their goals.
Jessica is dedicated to creating a supportive and approachable space where participants feel truly listened to and valued. She prides herself on building strong, trusting relationships and maintaining clear, consistent communication to ensure participants feel well-informed and empowered throughout their journey.
Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science, with a keen interest in cognitive psychology and mental health. She draws on this knowledge to provide thoughtful, tailored support that respects each participant’s unique circumstances.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys cooking, reading, and walking her dogs.
