Janine Wright
Neen comes to work at EYC Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on a flexible working roster. She approaches her work ethically and is driven to ensure participants are supported to build capacity, have the right supports in place, and feel genuinely heard. Neen values strong professional relationships and works collaboratively with participants, families, and providers to navigate the NDIS with clarity and confidence. Her focus is always on promoting independence and delivering practical, person-centred support that makes a real difference.
Neen enjoys being part of EYC’s dedicated, compassionate, and ethical team, who understand all aspects of the NDIS and are committed to putting the people we support at the heart of everything we do. She also enjoys exploring holistic therapies and new and emerging supports that can enhance participants’ overall wellbeing and outcomes.
Outside of work, Neen enjoys sports with her dogs, long walks in the bush, road trips, good conversation, and learning new skills. She brings curiosity and compassion to everything she does.
